We currently offer shipping to all parts of Dubai.

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or certain restricted areas. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our customer care team for assistance.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 1-5 working business days.

• Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 hours.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method selected, and external factors such as customs or shipping carrier delays.

Please note that during high-demand seasons (e.g., holidays or sales events), shipping times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the shipping carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
